Disclosure Day
I'm having mixed feelings about this so far. I was excited when it was announced but given how Spielberg let me down with his War of the Worlds remake (2005) and the trailers (so far). I'm on the fence.

Legal Point
I wanted to understand Ukrainian law better.
I came across this site during my search. https://gram-news.com.ua
It was hard to find practical info. Most sources were unclear.
Very useful explanation of Article 268.
On this site I found simple guides.
Good resource if you need info on Ukrainian law.

Re: Disclosure Day
Anybody see this one yet? I love Spielberg, but every trailer looked lackluster. I respect that he deliberately kept things from the final act in the trailers, but was there nothing of interest in the previous acts?
Plus the CG animals looked dreadful, a common trend today instead of hiring animal handlers.

Re: Disclosure Day
The movie is fantastic and a harbinger in a way of what is about to happen in real life. This was his best film on the subject of extraterrestrials since Close Encounters of the Third Kind.
The movie is a slow burn at first but once it gets going, it gets really good and the final act is emotionally powerful as hell IMO.
In keeping it 100 with you; this movie was made for people who are VERY serious about this subject in RL. I mean no disrespect but you've always come across as someone who doesn't care and/or has no interest in it. So you might not enjoy the film.

Slow burns have never ceased my enjoyment. Close Encounters was definitely a slow burner, and it's one of the first 4k's I purchased.

Re: Disclosure Day
I plan to get around to it. There's a few Spielberg flicks i haven't gotten around to that i need to remedy. Munich is another, and I have no idea how that's managed to evade me.

Re: Disclosure Day
The Color Purple is still my favorite of all his films.
